A voice that shows up.
Design a professional, approachable first hello for the people calling your business.
You can't be everywhere at once. Callstrix is being designed to answer with care, collect the details, and help you stay in the conversation—even when you're busy.
✳ WHY THIS MATTERS
While you do the work that matters, a call can still deserve a thoughtful answer. Callstrix is being built for both sides of that conversation.
✳ FOLLOW THE CONVERSATION
Listen to a short example, from the first hello to a callback request. The words stay on screen as each person speaks.

“A customer is trying to reach your business.”
Someone is calling while you're busy helping another customer.
A customer is trying to reach your business.
Hello! Thanks for calling. How can I help today?
Could someone call me back about an appointment tomorrow?
Alex asked for a callback about tomorrow's appointment.

✳ THE FLOW
From the first ring to the right next step, here’s how the Callstrix experience is intended to unfold.
PICK UP
An AI receptionist is intended to answer incoming calls using the greeting and rules you approve.
UNDERSTAND
It can ask useful questions and consult only the business information you've provided.
ORGANIZE
Names, context, and callback requests become a straightforward message to review.
CONNECT
Approved forwarding rules and notifications are planned to help the right person respond.

Capture the reason for calling and give follow-up conversations a head start.
Choose how calls should be handled during office hours, after hours, and in between.
✳ MADE FOR THE MOMENTS THAT MATTER
Being reachable shouldn’t mean being interrupted all day. We’re designing a new kind of front desk for:
✳ THE GOOD QUESTIONS
Here’s what to know as Callstrix takes shape.
Not yet. Callstrix is in development. The experience on this page is a local simulation of the planned product, not a connected telephone service.
That is the plan. Configurable greetings, approved business information, and call-handling rules are on the product roadmap.
Privacy, access controls, retention choices, and Canadian legal requirements are part of the product's design requirements. Specific policies will be published after the actual providers and data flows are established.
Controlled transfers to destinations approved by the customer are planned. They are not enabled in this first website phase.
ONE LESS THING TO MISS
We’re building something that makes every first hello feel a little more human.
